Good hotel but needs some restoration to bring it back to its former glory.

The amenities at the hotel are impressive as the hotel has a massive footprint and must have been the place to stay in Sanur back in the day. The proximity to the beach and the Sanur beachfront footpath/bike path is delightful not to mention Luhtu cafe just across the road with the nicest apple pie.

The room I stayed in was obviously tired. Some of the floor tiles are chipped and cracked. The bathroom lighting is too dim and the curtains in the main living area are too thin, letting in too much light from the pool area. They need to be block out. I had to wear a sleeping mask at night. Also the bed was too hard for my liking.

Overall I would try and get the same stretch of beach but would not stay at Inna Sindhu again of the beach

The location was amazing and the staff were lovely and very helpful

Very run down, the shower had no water pressure (and frequently no hot water or no water at all) the bed was so hard I had to request a topper and it was still uncomfortably hard (several guests complained)

The hotel is getting outdated, needs a little revamp and getting a little expensive. No welcome drink, we have always gotten it in the past

Breakfast is basic but good.The staff are excellent .location of motel is awesome right on the beach close to restaurants and bars with a pool away from the hustle and bustle all in all a pleasant stay thank you Inna Sindhu

Excellent location. Gardens and pools well maintained.

Very tired and in desperate need of money to be spent on the building it’s self. Ceilings to walkways rotted. No fire alarms. Interior yellow from age and linen and towels so over washed gray from old age. Staff are indifferent. Breakfast very basic.

In urgent need of major room renovations. However have not seen anywhere that has a better location.

The location is perfect The garden is lovely The beach area has plenty of lounges The pool is well maintained The front desk stall are friendly and helpful The rooms are clean and the air condition er worked The breakfast offering was very good

Generally the hotel is very old and shabby. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The toilet dribbled all night. The room lighting is very poor and generally dark. The breakfast service was poor .

Very Good

Location is fantastic, closeness to beach and many restaurants and bars nearby. Pool is good. Grounds and gardens are very spacious and well kept. Hotel restaurant location right on beach front very good. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom towels were a bit old and due for replacement. Bed mattress was a little too hard.

Love staying at the Inna Sindhu, despite the beds and linen being grey. Love the staff.

The Inna Sindhu had free Wi-Fi and breakfast was included. The property fronted the beach and close to our favourite shops. The atmosphere is more sedate than places like Kuta which suits our lifestyle. It is more central to other attractions such as the zoo and Ubud to the North and Kuta and Legion to the South. The staff were absolutely fantastic which has been a model of consistency for 13 years of visits.

The beds were like slabs of rock and the linen was grey as were the towels. They showed their age. The pillows were lumpy and not comfortable at all. The shower was over the bath which was a vey slow drain and it took about ten minutes for the hot water to reach the spigot.
